San Sebastian is a wonderful city to live and to study in. Having lived there for five months, I will let you in on some of the best bits of the city:

San Sebastian is known worldwide for it’s Michelin star restaurants (try Mugaritz and Arzak). It is also famous for it’s specifically basque take on tapas, called Pintxos.

Exploring Münster

Hello everyone! I’d like to give you a small introduction to Münster, one of the most liveable cities in the world. It even won an award for that in 2004, and is still, to this day, famous for its quality of life. One reason for this is its friendly and helpful people. Another main reason is its eco-friendly methods of transportation.

Münster is Germany’s bicycle capital. Hardly any other city is equipped with such a well-developed network of cycle paths and so many bike-related offers. It’s no wonder that travelling by bike is the most commonly used means of transport in this city!

Boston is known as ‘America’s Walking City’. It is Massachusetts’ capital and the largest city. It is a place where people can do almost everything by foot. Part of this is due to the huge student population, almost one fifth of all residents! Boston might not be the most popular or glamorous American city such as New York City, Washington or LA. But, like many state capitals in America, Boston a very significant place!

This is especially noticeable if you only have a limited time to discover it all. It is almost impossible to fully discover every inch of Boston, even if you have all the time in the world. Kraków, situated in the south of Poland, is the country’s second largest city. It has an exceptionally well preserved medieval centre with a beautiful, large market square.
